Rates are per room per person per night and include a full Breakfast.

We can provide a basic one course home-made evening meal for both adults and children, on most evenings, but we do need to know in advance (at least two days before you arrive, if you are already staying with us, you could let us know at breakfast time. Vegetarian meals available.
Guide price for adults: £6.00.

All prices are subject to change and availability, rates vary according to peak & off peak season & duration of stay.

• A deposit of £22.50 per room is required.
  Deposits may be paid by a GB Pounds cheque drawn on a UK bank or by Bank Transfer and also via Paypal (contact us for details).
• In the event of cancellation for whatever reason within 7 days of arrival we will make every effort to re-let the room. If the room remains unoccupied we are entitled to retain your deposit.
• Check in time is from 4pm. Special arrangements can be made if prior notice is given.
• Check out is at 11am (we can keep luggage after this time)
