Many of the fish that you will catch throughout Aberdeenshire have been reared here, and you will often see them going up the hill with their 4x4 laden with fish, heading for one of the other fisheries.

The fishing is excellent and all methods work well. The numerous trees produce plenty of insect life for top of the water fans, and deeply fished lures such as fritz and damsel are also very productive. There are lots of rainbows at 2lb to 4lb, and watch out for the bigger ones which are caught on a regular basis.
