Denhead
Steading in September |
Denhead Steading is a newly built farm style house
with 2 acres of both groomed and natural gardens.
The pond, with its abundant variety of wildlife is
easily viewed from the spacious bright bedrooms. Black
faced sheep and highland cattle make inquisitive but
quiet neighbours. What better way to end an eventful
day of Scottish discovery in front of a roaring log
fire with maybe a wee dram!
Denhead Steading is located in rolling Scottish farmland,
halfway between the historic towns of Huntly and Inverurie
in the Northeast of Scotland. There is easy road access
from the A96 for guests who drive. The airports of
Aberdeen and Inverness are respectively 45 and 90
minutes away by car. Trains run regularly from Aberdeen
to Inverness with stops at Inverurie, Insch and Huntly
where local car hire services can be arranged. Meet
and greet pickup service can be arranged.
Whether voyaging through, touring the area, or escaping
for a relaxing weekend, Denhead Steading is the perfect
place to stay in Northeast Scotland.
You will receive quality accommodation
in a country setting where the weather may be cold
but the greeting and hospitality will always be warm,
the central location makes Denhead Steading the perfect
base for forays to the northeast coast, Loch Ness
and Inverness in the West or Balmoral and its environs
to the South. If you wish to get off the straight
and narrow, do the circle of castle and distilleries.
